The following warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
10 year warranty on the steel body and legs. The breeding phantom body and legs are warranted against original defects in material and/or workmanship for the length of the time specified by this warranty, provided the unit has not been abused or tampered with in any way whatsoever. Should it become necessary to repair or replace your breeding phantom, obtain a return authorization number from SMS and directions for packaging the breeding phantom for shipping. We will send a bill of lading and allow you to utilize our shipping discounts. However, you are responsible for all freight charges. If you reside in Canada you will also be responsible for any customs charges. Alterations or modifications made by the customer void this warranty.
Neither Stallion Management Services nor it subcontractors will assume any liability resulting from improper installation or use of this product. In no case shall the company be liable for any consequential damages for breach of this, or any other warranty expressed or implied whatsoever. This limitation as to consequential damages shall not apply in states where prohibited.
